Sewell Man Accused of Sending Obscene Matter to Minor

A Delaware federal grand jury has indicted a New Jersey man on a charge of attempted transfer of obscene matter to a minor.

The indictment was announced Tuesday. Sixty-five-year-old Harry F. Troupe of Sewell, N.J. has been detained since his arrest on Aug. 2.

Prosecutors say Troupe encountered a Homeland Security agent posing online as a 14-yer-old girl. Officials said Troupe offered to teach the "girl" about sexual activity and during video chats, sending images and videos of adult pornography.
