Police: NJ Woman Stabbed Mom on Mother’s Day

Aggravated assault charges have been filed against a central New Jersey woman who allegedly stabbed her mother in the foot during a dispute on Mother's Day.

The Asbury Park Press reports that 25-year-old Daria Fedoseeva also was charged with making terroristic threats and weapons charges stemming from Sunday's fight.

Fedoseeva and her husband, 34-year-old Brander Lien, also face drug charges that were filed after officers investigating the fight allegedly found heroin and drug paraphernalia in their Ocean Township home.

The investigation began when police learned the 49-year-old mother was being treated at a hospital for her wounds, which are not considered life-threatening.

Fedoseeva's bail was set at $15,000. It was not known Tuesday if either she or Lien have retained attorneys.
