A judge ruled Monday that 42-year-old Alexander Capasso should remain jailed without bail.

The Collingswood man was arrested in July 2015 along with his ex-girlfriend after prosecutors say he exchanged pornographic images with investigators. After further investigation, he was indicted last week on five counts of distributing child porn and single counts of possessing child porn and conspiracy to sexually exploit two children.

The latter charge stems from photos and videos of the children that authorities say was found in electronic media seized at Capasso's home. He faces several decades in prison if he's convicted on all counts.

Capasso operated restaurants in Collingswood and Philadelphia.
