A ruptured gas line at the Moorestown Mall has been repaired and the mall is ready to re-open

PSE&G has completed repairs according to the Times and businesses affected by thee vacuation should reopen by 11:30 a.m.

Early morning workers arriving at the mall on Route 38 tell New Jersey 101.5 they smelled a strong odor of gas throughout the area. The Burlington County Times reports the rupture was caused by a work crew working on renovations leading to an evacuation of the mall along with several stores at the nearby East Gate Square shopping center.
