The biggest issue for the majority of voters in NJ that have had issues resulting from Hurricane Sandy, is where to residents go to vote. If you are still unsure of where to go to vote, text the word "where" to the number '877-877,' and you will get a return message asking for your address. Once you send you're address, you'll be given your polling place.

Lt. Guadagno also spoke of how volunteers could vote vie email or fax in case you cannot get to a polling place.
