Do You Think Sex Offenders Need to be Registered on Social Media? [POLL]

A report today suggests NJ Legislation wants to create a measure where sex offenders would have to register on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Much like Megan's Law, the bill, which is modeled on recently enacted Louisiana legislation, expands sex offender registration requirements to include this disclosure on the offender’s profile on any social networking sites.

Do you think a law like this would work? Or would you be concerned that there would still be too many loopholes?
