Dennis Malloy and Bill Spadea: The battle over beach badges (Watch)

The other day Bill Spadea discussed how successful some NJ shore towns were this year collecting beach badge fees. Bill took it one step further and came up with the idea that next year, towns that made so much money, should increase the fee by fifty cents or even one dollar.

Dennis on the other hand, can't believe in a state that is so overly taxed already, someone would even think of raising the fee on beach badges of all things.

Bill and Dennis did find common ground however, in the battle over Halloween in schools.
