Dennis: Do we really need another distracted driving law?

A new distracted driving bill in New Jersey has been proposed, and legislator's are insisting this it's for safety purposes.

But is this really necessary? I don't think so. Before you know it, the only thing you'll be able to hold in your hand while driving is your breath.
