Death Race On Parkway Not A First Time Occurrence [VIDEO/GRAPHIC LANGUAGE]

The state trooper-escorted death race that allegedly occurred on the Garden State Parkway recently is making news today. It involved a series of exotic cars headed down to Atlantic City with one of the drivers being former New York Giant, Brandon Jacobs. Check out this video below of another death race that took place in New Jersey back in 2010. What do you think should happen to the troopers that were involved?
