Leonard Santos and Alex Rabinovich of Bristol-based Sands Mechanical were arrested Tuesday and appeared before a federal judge in Camden, N.J.

Prosecutors say they threatened employees into paying back a portion of their wages plus money they'd received from a settlement that found they had been underpaid.

Santos is also charged with having a manager who questioned company policies driven into with a car while he was riding a bike, and having his truck torched.

Santos pleaded not guilty. Rabinovich is expected to enter a plea Friday.
