Jennifer Cornwell and Anthony Pasquale, who are divorced,  said in a joint statement, "A primary purpose for the memorial fund is to benefit Autumn’s siblings. Given the fact that we were unified in that purpose, we were able to reach an amicable settlement quickly and without incident"

Cornwell said Pasquale was preventing her from co-signing on a memorial fund following a  concert she organized for their 12-year-old daughter.  The mother also claimed she was not allowed a say about Autumn's headstone.

Pasquale is still moving ahead with a lawsuit against the Gloucester County Prosecutors Office charging according to the South Jersey Times.

Autumn's body was found in a Clayton recycling bin in October not far from her home. Two teenage brothers are charged with her murder.
