Bergen County prosecutors say the new charges involve claims the suspects aided and encouraged the assault and took pictures of it.

Justin Sommers and Christopher Rainone, both 18-year-old Staten Island, New York residents, and 18-year-old Jordyn Massod, of Wayne, were all charged Monday with endangering an injured victim. Sommers and Rainone were also charged with invasion of privacy.

All three were released on their own recognizance.

The alleged sexual assault occurred Nov. 15.

Two other male students were charged after the alleged victim told authorities she believed she had been sexually assaulted after waking up "in a state of undress" in a dorm room.
