1930’s Video ‘Predicts’ Clothing in Year 2000

Temperature changing belts, light up hair pieces, and netted dresses - those are predictions about what fashion would look like in the year 2000, according to a video made in the 1930's.

Some of the fashion concepts that they predicted did come true - like evening gowns that can convert into shorter dresses. Other ideas came nowhere close to what clothing looks like today. You probably won't be taking any fashion pointers away from the video, but you'll get a good a laugh.
