According to US census data, one third of people who commute more than 90 minutes a day say they deal with ongoing neck and back pain.

Long commutes may also contribute to weight gain, especially if you eat while you drive,  stress, moodiness, not to mention the pollution that you inhale.

The average commute in America is 25 minutes a day. New Jersey has the second highest rate of mega commuters who travel an hour or more.
