As Eric Scott discussed during his news report, questions have arisen over the use of Superstorm Sandy funds.

Congressman Frank Pallone announced today that the Office of the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will audit NJ's use of $25 million of Sandy aid funds for a tourism marketing campaign.

While this latest news comes on the heels of last week's ongoing "Bridgegate" investigation, Jim pointed out a fact that New Jersey requested a $25 million waiver of the disaster recovery funds to create a marketing campaign to promote tourism, to which HUD agreed.

If that is the case, is this more of the NJ Democrats trying to "pile on" the governor or does Congressman Pallone have a legitimate complaint?
