There is a billionaire fashion designer who says he’s been taking stem cell therapy for four years and he claims researchers have told him he’s getting younger, in a way; his “markers”, he says, show that he has reversed the aging process and is, in fact, getting younger.

If you want to decide for yourself if he looks 70, check out the BBC article by clicking here. He looks 70 to me, but I don’t know what he looked like before. I know its easy to say when you don’t have a realistic shot of doing it, anyway, but I don’t think I would want to turn back the clock, at least not very far. I want to look like my age, for better or for worse; I think people who try to look younger are just fooling themselves, usually.

I started to get gray hair in my late thirties, and my bald spot made its initial appearance not long after, but both those characteristics are mine and I want to own them and keep them. I’m not the person I was 10 or 20 years ago, so why would I want to like that person? I know I’m almost assuredly in the minority, but would you want to look 20 years younger if you could?
