What does this do to your self-esteem? You have a knife and you demand money at several business and no one hands anything over. The best you do is grab 2 dollars out of a tip jar. Woodbridge police say 27 year old Joshua James Pawlak tried to rob Forge Inn on Rt. 9 armed with a knife. Nothing. Tried to rob a Hess gas station. Zip. Tried to rob a 7-11. Nada. No one took him seriously.

He settled for grabbing 2 dollars out of a tip jar at La Bonbonniere bakery. He’s been charged with three counts of attempted robbery, one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, several weapons possession violations, and having a really awful delivery.
