Woman Records Her Rant at Florida Coffee Shop – Customer Service Horror Stories

If you work in any customer service position, these are the situations you probably hate most of all.    A woman recently came in to a Florida Dunkin' Donuts and recorded her rant against the store. While the server behind the counter goes above and beyond to assist her, this girl just becomes absolutely intolerable.

This girl represents the nightmare customer that every worker in the service industry dreads: a customer that just can't be pleased. She's obviously mad with the store and took it out on the staff.
