The South Jersey Times reports 25-year-old Latia Harris is also charged with making terroristic threats in the indictment handed up by a Salem County grand jury.

Harris turned herself in after a videotape surfaced in which authorities say she pummeled the mother of a toddler in the face and kicked her in the back.

Several people watched as the assailant threatened to attack the victim's 2-year-old son, who yelled and kicked the suspect's legs in a futile effort to stop the violence.

Authorities say the victim suffered impaired vision in her left eye and other injuries after the attack.
