A woman drove her car into the Delaware River near the Callhoun Street Bridge on Thursday afternoon.

Morrisville, Penn. police said the woman in her 50s drove her Honda down a dock at Ferry Street and into the frigid water just before noon. The woman was able to get out the sedan on her own and walked out of the water with police and taken to a hospital.

Her car was pulled out of the water by officers, police said.

Police said it was a suicide attempt and no one else was injured in the incident.
