Well, frankly, a simple public nuisance case wouldn't normally get our attention.

But Sheriann Depinho's mugshot sure did.

Spotswood police say when they were dispatched to a Brookview Terrace home for a report of a disturbance Aug. 21, they met Sheriann and Michael Depinho and Ester Nitch. All three were publicly consuming alcohol in the parking lot as Sheriann Depinho was playing loud music from her vehicle and creating a disturbance, police said.

Cops spoke to the three, but a drunken Sheriann Depinho began yelling at the officers, refused to comply with their orders and refused to turn down the music, police said.

Michael Depinho, also intoxicated, also refused to follow orders as he protested and escalated the situation, according to police.

Sheriann Depinho was arrested and charged with public nuisance, public consumption of alcohol and interference with police.

Michael Depinho was arrested and charged with public consumption of alcohol and interference with police.

And Ester Nitch was arrested and charged with public consumption of alcohol.

All three were transported to headquarters, processed and released as per department policy with a pending municipal court date, according to Spotswood police.

That's usually when things calm down. But maybe not  — judging by the mugshot above.
