The work week starts with a wintry mix of precipitation that will turn to all rain by this afternoon.

The snow will start to fall just before dawn according to the National Weather Service which expects the precipitation to change to sleet and freezing rain in the entire area during the morning and be falling as all rain by early afternoon

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for northern New Jersey, Hunterdon and  Mercer counties along with parts of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester & Salem counties for slightly longer period of snow before the precipitation change

The rain continues into tonight with cloudy skies tomorrow and a chance of rain. Temperatures, however, will stay above freezing in most of New Jersey and could hit 60 degrees on Wednesday under cloudy skies.
