Celebrities may hold a superhero-like status in the eyes of many, but a few politicians think they can help save Atlantic City from economic turmoil.

The plan is to give a year-long state income tax break to stars who perform four nights in A.C., but it's unclear how this will benefit the average citizen.

What's your opinion of Britney's bill?

Ed, a 29-year-old caller from Brick Township said he can't see a benefit to this plan, and he doesn't frequent AC anyway (he's not alone).

Jeff from Hazlet said they'd be better off building a water park and converting a hotel into a Dave & Busters.

Bob on the Parkway supports the tax break because he says it will encourage outsiders to come to New Jersey.

When's the last time you went to AC? Should we be giving tax breaks to A-listers?  Does this tax break even make sense?
