Guidelines would be set up for every district and cover every school employee and every student. The electronic communication would include cell phones, texts, emails and any social media platforms.

Each school district  would have 120 days from the inception to put a written guideline in place for electronic communication between school employees and students. The guidelines at the very least, must include specific provisions to prevent inappropriate improper communications between school staff and students.
