Why is Dennis Malloy frustrated with weather radars?

Considering I have family and friends in Florida and the Carolinas, I was heavily monitoring the weather this weekend. Unfortunately, the radars on my television screen and the actual weather outside had conflicting reports.

As all of this was occurring, Leonardo DiCaprio met with President Obama to discuss climate change. Instead of worrying about global warming, why don't we worry about fixing the radars as the weather is currently happening?

Plus, that Leonardo DiCaprio is pretty good looking. Maybe he should read the weather, too.
