Why DUI offenders don’t deserve a catch and release program – Watch

There's a catch and release program out there that I'm not very fond of. It goes beyond sharks or fishing, though.  I object to the catch and release program when it comes to drunk drivers. If you get arrested for driving under the influence, why are we not holding them for anywhere from 24-48hours to make sure they don't cause another accident or injure others on the roads?
