It's the age old debate at the Thanksgiving dinner table. Which is better, the white meat of the turkey or the dark meat?

There are good arguments for either side. The white meat is supposedly more healthy for you having less saturated fat and less calories. However, the dark meat has more vitamins and minerals in it. Plus when you make up for the dryness of the white meat by smothering it in tons of gravy, is it still the healthier option?

"Dark meat-ers" will argue their choice is the best because the dark meat of turkey remains more moist and has more flavor. However, you are limited to the legs and thighs which can't be sliced as nicely. You are left picking at the bone like a savage.

Me? Well, I'm a dark meat guy all the way. It's no coincidence that god gave us two hands... one for each turkey leg.
