The weekend forecast worked out perfectly.  I said there would be just a chance of a shower on Saturday, and there was some rain around in areas.  It reached the lower 80's on Sunday.  Newark Liberty International Airport reached 84 degrees, which was the warmest reading we had.

We're going to get some rain and showers for today.  There could be a few heavier downpours, especially in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will be in the 70's, it will be cooler near the beach.

Tonight the rain and showers may taper off late at night or toward daybreak, and temperatures will be mostly in the 60's.  There will be a few low 70's in urban areas and perhaps along the South Coast.

Looking at tomorrow, there's still the risk of a passing shower or thunderstorm, especially in the afternoon or evening, although there may not be too much.  Highs will be in the low to middle 80's, with a brisk wind.

Wednesday looks okay for now.

Rain and showers could come back on Thursday, but will hopefully be gone for the weekend.
