When Should Guys Hug?

What’s you’re rule on hugging if you’re a guy and you greet another guy? More and more Millennials are going straight for the embrace.

Personally, I have no problem with hugging but if you’re hugging everybody, it lacks sincerity. I think the hug should be reserved for someone whom you’ve at least had a friendly encounter or some kind of history with. Then again being Italian, there are some guys who are my closest friends who will get the kiss on the cheek and also some who I’m so tight with that there is no physical greeting at all.
