When Is it Rude To Be Texting?

Texting

It is becoming more common for people to just text on their phone while in the middle of a conversation, meal, movie, or anything really. Is this rude? This topic was sparked by a video called “Texting While Walking” done by filmmaker Casey Neistat.

Neistat’s video is not only entertaining, but brings up an issue of rudeness that is becoming more common.

Dennis and Judi posed a similar question to their listeners, asking if they would find it rude if someone was texting while they were eating a meal together.  The general consensus among the callers was that not only was it rude, but it is happening all over the place.
