Are you naughty or nice? According to a survey by Glassdoor, a career and job website, some 2% of employees admit they would like to fire their boss.

"We just got a new boss, so I"m not thrilled with her," said one woman from Toms River.

23% said they would like a new job entirely or more steady employment.

"More work, more hours, that's what I need," said a man shopping in Ocean County. "I work in the solar business and it's tough out there these days."

The majority of respondents said they would like a raise next year.

"I just had an end of the year evaluation so a raise would be good," said Laura from Brick.

"I'd like to see a raise, I have two kids and I've been with the company for five years. It's like the employer makes you feel like you are lucky to have a job, it's ridiculous," said another woman.

"I definitely need a raise. I know the money is there but we just don't see it, "said another shopper.

Roughly 60% said they expect a bonus under the Christmas tree this year, but many don't expect one.

"They get all the perks and bonuses and we get nothing," said Paul from Toms River.

For some, the top priority is simply to have a job.

"I would give anything to be working right now, yeah, I would say that is top on my wish list."
