Most of us have had the unfortunate experience of opening a letter from your insurance company denying a claim.

You know you have to call them up, give all of your information off your insurance card, explain what's going on and pray that they will handle it to your satisfaction. Yeah, right.

Equally as daunting is opening a correspondence from a provider to find out your insurance company refused to pay what you thought was covered. Opening either one is one of those dreaded experiences that makes millennials say, "I hate adulting!"

No matter how old you are, that feeling never gets old, maybe just more annoying. Well, I got good news from a provider in the mail the other day that made me want to go out and buy them a gift card or something. Maybe just frame the letter since it's so freaking rare! Please allow me to share my pure joy with you
