I've worked with Joe Votruba for a while now, so I've come to accept that he'll eat just about anything that he finds around the office. This time, though, he may have gone too far.

Every morning, the station is provided a great breakfast, usually consisting of bagels, bacon, egg, or fruit. Monday afternoon, I saw Joe kept going back to the leftover food. Totally normal. Nothing to see there... Until I noticed what Joe was doing.

Joe was eating different pieces of melon out of the fruit tin and dousing them with salt. Is this normal? I gagged at the thought. Fruit is fine on its own. Shouldn't we leave well enough alone? Is nothing sacred?

I feel I should point out that this isn't the first time Joe has upset his coworkers with his eating habits.

So let us know, am I being a fruit prude? Is this a normal thing to do?
