Resurrecting TV shows from years ago has been a trend lately. The X-Files will be returning to FOX for a 6-episode season. It was also announced late yesterday that Full House will be headed to Netflix for a 13-episode reboot.

I appreciate the effort to quench the nostalgia thirst, but let's stop beating the dead horse. Full House was great in its prime but with a limited amount of cast members returning, I don't know how I feel about picking up the plot twenty years later.

If I could choose one show to bring back from the dead, it would be the short-lived ABC sitcom, Happy Endings. The show only lasted three seasons, but the writing on the show was nothing short of brilliant. The cast delivered punchline after punchline throughout every half hour episode. Still, ABC decided to cut the cord.
