What should NJ’s official state sandwich be?

It’s the ultimate fast food meal and it is being celebrated today. Happy National Sandwich Day! What we need on this day in New Jersey is an official state sandwich, Philadelphia has the cheesesteak. Business Insider says the best sandwich NJ has is a breakfast sandwich with Taylor Ham.

As much as I love Taylor ham, ( and notice I’m not calling it pork roll) I’m sure we can do better than that. Personally I would nominate fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers and prosciutto on fresh Italian bread. It’s the perfect combination of heaven on earth. If I had one right now, I’d give you half just so that you could taste how great it is!
