Wet willies are against the law

At least if you’re an adult giving one to a child that doesn’t belong to you. A Connecticut man licked his finger and then stuck it in a child’s ear in classic “wet willie” fashion, but the child’s mother was none too pleased and confronted the 34 year old. He then took off, but police caught up to him. He’s charged with second degree reckless endangerment and second degree breach of peace.
