Charles Willis of Clarksburg was being held Saturday on $125,000 cash bail.

Gloucester Township police found Willis around 1:45 p.m. Friday when they responded to reports of a disoriented male in a parking lot. Willis told officers he was locked out of his car and asked for their help in gaining entry.

After opening the car's door, officers found the various pills and needles.

Besides facing numerous drug counts, the 35-year-old Willis was also charged with being a fugitive from justice after authorities learned he was wanted in West Virginia for a probation violation.
