WATCH: Shocking video of blind boy that had cane taken away

This news story is so horrible, it is hard to imagine that this was done to a child, more or less one that is blind.A blind boy in Missouri was reportedly acting out on the school bus and the way the school officials decided to remedy the problem was to take away his cane. The officials replaced his cane with a noodle from a swimming pool.

Considering so many schools across the country has gone to a 'zero-tolerance' policy for students' behavior, what do you do when the faculty are the one's at fault?
