Watch: Millstone’s Alessandra Castronovo advances on ‘The Voice’

I was told she has an amazing voice. But I never get to watch “The Voice” since that’s the time I’m usually out the door.

But my wife’s been badgering me if I knew who Alessandra Castronovo is and whether I knew where the family pizzeria was.

Turns out I just figured it out. It’s a place called Albivi’s on Perrineville Road in Millstone that I see advertised on my way to work every night.

And as it turns out, the family have a star on their hands.

As of Tuesday, she advanced to the next round of “The Voice” – and stardom could be just around the corner – if it’s not already.

Hard for me to believe anyone with this much talent isn’t destined for bigger and better things.

And it’s all right under our noses.
