WATCH: Magician gives homeless veteran a big surprise

The premise of the video may be a bit misleading but the ending will surely put a smile on your face. Magician Rob Anderson set out to see if a local homeless veteran  in Las Vegas named Alan McCracken was as genuine as advertised. McCracken reportedly just wanted to make people smile, even if he doesn't receive money for it.

Anderson proceeds to make fun of McCracken a bit and then takes his sign and rips it up! You would think Anderson would be torn to proverbial shreds for a move like that but then Anderson proceeds to unfold the sign and all of a sudden, money appears. Anderson tells McCracken that the cash is all his to keep.

Anderson also went a far as to start a gofundme account for McCracken and has raised over $18,000 so far!
