We're a pretty funny state.

And we're sending a pretty funny guy to Saturday Night Live, as Harrington, N.J. native Jon Rudnitsky joins the sketch comedy show for its 41st season, the Hollywood Reporter reports.

The new season premieres Oct. 3 with Miley Cyrus returning as host. Tracy Morgan returns to host Oct. 17, just a few weeks after getting married while still recovering from his serious 2014 crash on the New Jersey Turnpike.

According to Holywood Reporter, Rudnitsky, 25, graduated from USC and won the 2012 Laugh Factory’s Laugh Bowl college comedy contest.
