This is something that should've been straight out of the movie 'Groundhog Day.'According to NBC News, a mayor in Wisconsin got a surprise when he was celebrating Groundhog Day and was presenting the groundhog named Jimmy, when Jimmy decided to "nibble" on the mayor's ear!

The mayor, to his credit, carried on with the ceremony, only flinching then carrying on. See the funny, yet painful moment below.
