WATCH: Cop loses it on driver who knows their rights

A police officer lost him composure during a routine safety check with a driver who knew his rights. The officer asked a few questions and the driver repeatedly answered accordingly, based on his rights.

Now was the driver purposely agitating the officer because he knew his rights? Or did the officer get overly upset because his questions weren't being answered?
