ATLANTIC CITY (AP) — Thunder will not be causing the rumble over the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Wednesday's roar will come from the annual Atlantic City Airshow. The U.S. Army's Golden Knights parachute team will open the event by delivering the flag.

Spectators will see a variety of aircraft, including stunt planes and helicopters between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The airshow is slated to end with a performance by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The group did not perform last year due to the federal government sequestration.
