New Jersey is a microcosm of the American melting pot. We have so many different nationalities in New Jersey and many of them proudly represented in our vast array of food choices.

Every American loves a grilled cheese sandwich. I decided to take in international and put a different ethnic twist on the classic lunchtime favorite. I decided to start with Greek. Check it out!
