Was this a tornado at LBI?

As I write this, we're still waiting for confirmation of several weather events that happened during yesterday's storms that many believe were tornadoes. Here's a video of one of them. This happened in Ship Bottom and a very excited guy recorded the whole thing. Be warned the language is extremely rough, but do you really mind your language when you think you're seeing a tornado?
