The Essex County prosecutor's office says 52-year-old Narendrak Patel was shot dead June 29 during a robbery at his store.
Two of the four suspects have been arrested. Police say two suspects from Newark, 22 year-old Carnel Colbett and a 17-year-old juvenile have been arrested. It's not clear if they have retained lawyers.
Warrants have been issued for two brothers who remain at large: Newark residents 26-year-old Ivery Brinson and 21-year-old Shakil Brinson.
They are facing murder, robbery, carjacking and weapons-related charges.
