Victor Razumov Jr. of Wantage also was charged Tuesday with evidence tampering in the death of 73-year-old Virginia "Suzy" Sommer.

His 19-year-old brother, Alexey Razumov, faces charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

Authorities say he drove his younger brother to pawn shops, where they tried to sell Sommer's jewelry.

Authorities say Razumov Jr. allegedly stabbed Sommer several times during the Nov. 20 robbery. He was arrested later that day at his home.

Razumov Jr. remains jailed on $1,025,000 cash bail, while his older brother was being held on $50,000 cash bail. It was not known if either brother has retained an attorney.
