New Jersey authorities say a blood-stained wallet left behind at a robbery scene helped lead them to a 17-year-old boy now charged in the baseball bat beating and holdup of a pizza deliveryman.

Camden County prosecutors told a judge Friday the wallet, with the defendant's pay stub inside, were both covered with blood.

They also say the pizza order was traced to a phone belonging to the Somerdale boy's foster mother. And when the boy was arrested his clothes appeared to be stained by blood.

The 18-year-old victim suffered severe head injuries and partial paralysis in Sunday's robbery in Lawnside.

Prosecutors are seeking to move the juvenile's case to adult court. He has not yet entered any plea.

They believe at least one other person was involved.

A second pizza delivery holdup remains under investigation.
