VOTE: Do towns have the right to ban certain breeds of dogs?

A town in Louisiana is attempting to put a controversial law into place regarding dog ownership.

According to the Huffington Post, the town of Moreauville is putting a ban in place on all "vicious dogs" including pit bulls.

If the ban goes into effect, owners would either have to move or face fines and possibly hand over their dogs to the authorities. The ban would affect owners of pit bulls and rottweilers.
